Jam Tarts
A super easy jam tart recipe made simple with the use of the EOI Unbaked 3” pastry tart shells.
Method
1) Par Bake EOI Unbaked 3'' Tart Shell at 190°c until lightly baked.
2) Once cooled, fill with your desired jam.
3) Bake at 190°c until jam is about to boil.
4) Allow to cool then place on display
