Turkey Brie & Beetroot Relish Loaded Croissant
A scrumptious, loaded croissant filled with layers of balsamic beetroot dressing, Brie, apple sauce, and turkey, then topped with extra Brie and grated Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients:
GROUP 1 – FILLING
240g balsamic beetroot relish
GROUP 2
480g triple Brie cheese, sliced
GROUP 3
120g apple sauce
600g turkey, sliced
TOPPING
90g Parmesan cheese, grated
300g Brie, sliced
Method
1) Prove and bake La Parisienne Large Butter Croissant as per instructions on pack – Proofing and Baking Guidelines
2) Cut each croissant in half and on the inside base spread with 20g of the balsamic beetroot relish.
3) Add 20g Brie to the top and 20g to the bottom of the inside of the cut croissant.
4) Add 10g apple sauce per croissant and 50g sliced turkey.
5) Place on a baking tray & top with 25g of sliced Brie and 7g of shaved Parmesan cheese.
6) Bake at 200c for approximately 5 minutes.
